// FoundSM is looking for a data driven problem solver to be our next Campaign Manager . You are someone who is thrilled to apply your skills and deep platform knowledge everyday to help clients meet business goals through strategic campaign management.

You are excited to be organized, get to know different audiences, analyze data, optimize campaign elements and much more.

// The Campaign Manager is responsible for the daily management of our clients' paid media campaigns across current and emerging search, display, social and other platforms . Your tasks will include strategic problem solving, campaign optimizations, pacing, KPI targets, reporting, process improvement and automation.

You will interact with members of the Found team frequently and may occasionally interact with clients and vendors through email and video calls, so your excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills will come in handy.

// Be proficient on ideal execution across paid search and social marketing platforms

Utilize data to drive paid media marketing optimizations and anticipate future outcomes impacting KPIs

Build and maintain optimized paid media campaigns in accordance with client KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Strategists, CRO, Creative and Data Intelligence

Troubleshoot paid media campaigns across platforms and channels

Demonstrate out-of-box thinking on application of platform features to benefit book of business

Extract campaign data, generate client reports, interpret and analyze results

Document best practices for execution of testing plans across media (display, text, landing pages, etc.)

Work to develop efficient processes and automations for repeated tasks

// Implement paid media plans for clients

QA account/campaign builds, reporting, creative and landing pages if needed

Ensure accurate implementation of tracking and analytics for strategic monitoring of KPIs

Plan and implement optimal campaign structure

Platform forecasting plans for clients

KPI Monitoring/Optimizations

Ensure budgets are appropriately hit across platforms for managed clients

Establish benchmarks triggering ad copy refreshes, new creatives, keyword adjustments

Utilize data and projections to support suggested changes to campaign management/structure

Assist in producing reporting to show impact of paid media initiatives for clients

Testing

Identify and document trends, outliers, insights etc.

Troubleshoot campaign performance

Documentation/Communication

Creative attributes

Communication with internal Channel Strategy and Account Management teams on project status, campaign performance, and more

// Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products

Understand how to properly analyze qualitative and quantitative data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
