Paid Digital Media Specialist (Search & Social)

We’re looking for a Paid Digital Media Specialist (Social & Search) who’s passionate about driving performance through paid social and paid search. You’ll develop and execute cross-channel ad strategies that solve client marketing challenges and deliver measurable results across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do // Responsibilities

General:

• Guide paid social and search efforts to elevate brand, image, and awareness for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media and SEM with other advertising initiatives for a holistic approach.

Paid Media (Search & Social):

• Develop and execute paid social media campaign strategies that align with client goals and KPIs.
• Manage Day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns, including channel strategy, budget management, audience targeting, creative assets, and ad copy.
• Generate campaign reports and analyze, summarize, and communicate performance insights to internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For // Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (media buying required).
• *Personal social media accounts do not qualify.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms and their native management tools (primarily Meta and Google).
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and applying optimization strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in multiple brand voices.
• Self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset and a drive to exceed expectations for both clients and the agency.
