Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Paid Search / Media Manager to support our team on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis as needs arise. The role involves strategizing and executing sophisticated media programs across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage new paid search and paid media campaigns, including creation and optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations during team and client meetings, focusing on metrics, goal tracking, revenue, and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Create and deploy keyword lists, audience targets, and first-party data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage multiple clients and workflows efficiently.
- Lead media strategies and executions as needed, leveraging your expertise.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of paid search management experience (agency experience preferred).
- Google Ads certification.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Professionalism in client-facing interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
