Your ability to provide unique solutions for both your clients and the company will produce great results!Job ExpectationsManage and be a point of contact for assigned client paid media accountsIdenify and implement paid media tactics and best practices, including search, display, remarketing, social and video adsMonitor performance of marketing initiatives through monthly reporting and present recommendations to increase ROISupport the New Business and Strategy Departments with sales, organic growth, and client retentionDelegate tasks to Paid Media Coordinators and Assistants when appropriatePull, analyze, organize, and interpret dataClearly and consistently communicate between internal product teams and external clientsResearch and stay up-to-date on marketing trendsJob QualificationsMust demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlinesMust demonstrate strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)Must demonstrate presentation skillsMust demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clientsDemonstrated proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPointMust demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking when solving problemsMust demonstrate an understanding of both Google and BingMust demonstrate an understanding of Google Ads, and a basic understanding of Google Search Console and Google AnalyticsRequirementsRequired ExperienceGoogle Ads CertificationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or another related field2+ years of Paid Media experience1+ years of customer service/consulting experiencePhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
