Paid Media Specialist – Hybrid | Carmel, IN
Are you a paid media specialist who thrives in developing cross-platform paid media campaigns? Are you incredibly detail-oriented and client-focused? Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their digital marketing team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Carmel, Indiana.
In this role, your primary focus will be driving client success through strategic and data-driven approaches, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving campaign objectives—while also serving as the main point of contact for campaign communication.
Portfolio Note: To be considered, candidates must have proven experience demonstrating a deep understanding of paid media channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
You Will:
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign planning
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI
- Implement bidding strategies to drive performance and achieve client objectives
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences
- A/B test ad variations for continuous improvement
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to clients
- Serve as the client communication lead—via email and video conferencing—to present performance updates, explain complex campaign results, and align on future strategies
- Translate data into clear, customer-friendly language, outlining where campaigns succeeded, where improvements are needed, and what’s next
- Conduct client meetings to review performance, address questions, and refine strategy
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach
You Have:
- Prior experience in a client-facing digital marketing or paid media role
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager
- Google Analytics Certification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated drive for superior service, internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability
Logistics:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 35 hours/week with early Fridays
- Location: Hybrid in Carmel, IN (2 in-person meetings/month)
- Equipment: $250 remote work stipend
- Compensation: $55K–$65K depending on experience
