Job Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist/Social Ads Specialist! Your responsibilities include creating and managing ads across social platforms, executing campaigns, conducting market research, and optimizing performance. You will also manage social profiles, create engaging content, and assist with client onboarding. Certification in Meta/Facebook is a plus. Must be based in the US. Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage ads on platforms like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients and account managers regarding offers, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze campaign performance including A/B testing and ROI/ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends.
- Create compelling visuals and ad copy.
- Maintain updated social profiles and create engaging content aligned with client branding.
- Assist in client onboarding and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Update client websites using WordPress, applying SEO and UI/UX best practices.
- Learn and implement local SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings and strategy sessions.
- Share industry best practices and maintain CRM for client interactions.
- Complete assigned tickets and team tasks efficiently.
