As a paid search strategist on the Media team, you’ll develop and manage Progressive’s paid search strategy for auto, property, and other product lines to drive and sustain profitable growth. You’ll work closely with the Media team on measurement, modeling, and all other facets of the paid search programs. You’ll make data-driven decisions to manage the paid search programs to their targeted key performance indicators (KPI's).
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years related marketing or digital media experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related marketing or digital media experience
Preferred skills
- Deep expertise in paid search bid strategies and the associated platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Editor, Microsoft Editor)
- Advertising agency or in-house brand paid search experience
- Data-driven approach with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tableau
- Proven experience handling multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively in a constantly evolving environment
Compensation
- $72,100 - $96,100/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
