We are seeking a data-driven and performance-focused Paid Media Analyst Manager to join our clients team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze campaign via search, social, and display platforms. results to identify trends and insights.
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and budget pacing.
- Make data-informed recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding methods.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our media strategy competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other media buying platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting and campaign optimization.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
