Job Summary:
The Digital Media Specialist will manage our social media presence, analyze digital media performance, optimize our website, and improve our SEO strategies.

Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Content Creation:
Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Website Optimization:
Oversee the design, development, and optimization of our website to ensure a user-friendly experience and high search engine rankings.

SEO Strategy:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support overall marketing goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
The position requires working in the Stamford, CT office.
Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and web analytics tools.
Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possession of passion for health and fitness is a plus.
