- 4-6 years of proven experience managing social media advertising programs specifically for retail-driven CPG brands. Direct experience with toy and game brands is highly preferred.
- Expert command of Meta and TikTok advertising, including channel-specific creative formats and best practices as well as platform-level metrics and reporting tools. YouTube, X, and Reddit experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
- Experience with POS aggregator tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze real-time sales data and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
You'll also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly regarding the intersection of creative strategy and social media advertising.
