We are seeking an experienced Google and Facebook Media Buying & Accounts Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for a highly skilled professional who can work autonomously and deliver measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Identify target audiences, select appropriate ad formats, and implement data-driven bidding strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Account & Budget Management
- Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently.
- Adjust bids and spending in real-time based on performance data.
- Maximize ROI while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party tracking solutions.
Client Communication & Advisory
- Serve as a digital marketing advisor, educating clients on best practices and new opportunities.
- Participate in strategy calls, performance reviews, and planning sessions.
- Provide recommendations for creative direction, messaging, and landing page optimizations.
Compliance & Industry Trends
- Stay updated with platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad trends.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with Google and Facebook advertising policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in media buying and campaign management on Google & Facebook Ads.
- Proven track record of driving high-performing campaigns with positive ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred but not required).
Contract Details:
- 1099 independent contractor role (not a W-2 employee).
