As a strategist on EY’s paid media team, you will help lead and activate key areas of EY’s US paid media strategy. Specifically, you will be part of a center of excellence that helps raise awareness of the firm’s experience in solving complex issues across sectors and service lines through paid media. This role will report to the US Brand and Media Leader, have a US-wide scope and will be expected to collaborate closely with our line of business marketing teams as well as our global and Americas centers.
You will be expected to work closely with marketing teams from across EY’s lines of business to develop and execute paid media strategies that support marketing plans and objectives. You will be responsible for a wide range of digital marketing activities, including providing guidance on development and execution of strategic plans, measurement and performance reporting, training, and agency management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance media strategy, planning and execution across multiple lines of business including sectors, service lines, alliances, Employer Brand, Entrepreneurship and Region teams

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum of 7-8 plus years of marketing and communications experience, with at least 5 years focused in performance media
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a marketing or communications major or equivalent experience, MBA is a plus

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $196,400.
