Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Media leader to join our team at Net Conversion LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and leading an integrated media team to drive business results through innovative media optimization, curiosity, and creative problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a media-related role, with a strong understanding of media planning, buying, and stewardship. They will be able to lead and develop a media team to deliver high-quality media plans for partners, with innovative ideas, concepts, and solutions that help us stay competitive in the marketing industry.

This position requires a broad understanding of media projects, ad specifications, and vendor requirements, as well as the ability to flexibly manage complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of media planners and buyers to research, negotiate, and execute media plans that cost-effectively deliver on partner goals
• Develop and maintain media flowcharts, authorizations, and production schedules/asset summaries
• Collaborate with digital media partner service teams across marketing and analytics to provide integrated, cross-channel media solutions
• Monitor post logs and incorporate results into partner reports, based on varying partner needs
• Regularly reconcile budgets and performance, and promptly alert the partner service account team of any issues
