We are seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Search to support a growing portfolio in multiple business vertices. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms in the ever-growing digital media landscape.
Job Description
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis will ensure our campaigns meet and exceed client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs across multi-channel platforms.
- Actively participate in client kickoff meetings, providing support in relationship management, campaign strategy, ad-serving, and tech stack deployment.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and implement strategies to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs, craft data-driven solutions, and deliver measurable results.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including proposal development, technical demonstrations, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Marketing Platform, with a strong understanding of paid search and programmatic advertising strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, leveraging a consultative approach to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in campaign performance reporting, data visualization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus.
