Media Analyst I | Paid Media

As a Media Analyst you'll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making within our Media Department, using cutting-edge tools to analyze and optimize paid media campaigns. You'll dive deep into both digital and traditional media landscapes, providing actionable insights that shape marketing strategies and guide future media plans. What You Bring • A bachelor’s degree in data science, business, marketing, or a related field. • Two to three (2-3) years of experience working in media analytics or a related field. • Demonstrated proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Funnel.io, BI or Qlik, etc.). • Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. Nielsen, Comscore, AdWords, FB Ads Manager, etc.). • A good working knowledge of paid media channels and key performance metrics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. What You Will Do • Analyze performance metrics for paid media campaigns (e.g., PPC, display, social, programmatic, etc.) to ensure efficiency and KPI performance. • Generate actionable insights using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Funnel.io, Qlik or BI-based dashboards, or other proprietary or partner platforms. • Create detailed internal and client-facing reports to track campaign performance against established benchmarks and KPIs. • Conduct competitor analyses and market research to identify opportunities for media campaign optimizations. • Identify trends in consumer behavior to inform planning and buying decisions. • Stay current on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and traditional media analytics; providing POVs and white papers as opportunity arises • Liaising with the Analytics Department to specifically address media analytics and reporting requirements for assigned clients. • Other job-related duties as assigned.
