"A4D is seeking a YouTube Paid Media Buyer. This role is accountable for delivering conversions across the YouTube channel using Google Ads Manager. This Media Buyer will be responsible for multiple levels of campaigns which include: planning, creative development, buying, analytics and optimizing. The ideal candidate is innovative, competitive and enthusiastic about hitting CPA goals and improving their innate skills.

Responsibilities:
- Proficient with Google Ads Manager platform
- Proven track record of being successful running positive ROI campaigns on YouTube in both lead gen and e-com verticals
- At least 2 to 3 years of digital performance agency experience optimizing paid YouTube campaigns;
- Demonstrated history of optimizing campaigns to KPIs such as CPV, CPC, VTR, CTR, Hook Rate, ROAS and CPA
- Deep understanding of ad creative assets necessary to win on the YouTube platform
- Ability to run Paid Search, Google Display, Performance Max and Discovery campaigns a +
- Comprehensive knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword contextual, affinity, and Custom Intent
- Solid understanding of inventory and delivery process, third party ad tags & rich media concepts
- Familiarity with conversion tag development, Google Tag Manager, and internal analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Oversee audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning and data application (via 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience sources)
- Responsible for hitting CPA goals for lead gen and online sales of products
- Optimize ads and campaigns to generate quality leads or sales and drive down costs
- Adhere to merchant compliance guidelines
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on KPIs and make necessary adjustments to maximize results
- Develop creative concepts, design layout and write copy for ads and campaigns with the Creative Team
- Proactive, self-starter who can manage their time well
Job Requirements:
- Ability to react quickly on any changes in the marketplace and take necessary actions to ensure the quality of leads while maintaining of CPA goals
- Direct Response experience in digital channels as Search, Native, and Social platforms
- Extensive analytical capabilities in quantifying reporting and documenting performance metrics
- Strong organization and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate well within team and across divisions
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office (with emphasis on excel)
- Basic Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Advertising, Media Studies, or related field a bonus
