As our Paid Media Manager at DSS GAMES, you will play a crucial role in getting our games in the hands of game-enthusiasts around the world through strategic performance marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, with a primary focus on Amazon Advertising, Meta Ad Strategy, Paid Search campaigns, as well as various Retail Media channels. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Content Specialist to map out execute a well-rounded paid media strategy that best suits our products, price point, and target demographic.

Amazon Ad Management - 50%
Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns for the United States market
Help to build an advertising strategy for our markets in Canada and eventually for the United Kingdom
Develop and execute strategies to improve campaign performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Analyze key metrics, trends, and customer behavior to drive campaign adjustments and optimize for ROAS
Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon Ads strategies with overall business goals
Meta Ad Management - 25%
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Develop and test creative strategies to ensure high engagement and conversions
Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and optimize media spend
Other Paid Channels - 25%
Help to plan execute a paid search strategy for DSS Games (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to improve performance
Develop data-driven strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI
Help to build and oversee campaigns on our Retail Media platforms (Walmart Connect, Epsilon, etc.)
Ensure consistency and alignment in paid media efforts to enhance the customer experience and drive growth
Continuously research, test, and evaluate new performance marketing channels
Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative growth opportunities
Test new platforms, tactics, and strategies to ensure that the business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape
Minimum qualifications:
3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Experience with Retail Media and e-commerce platforms is a plus
Expertise in campaign management, bid strategies, and optimization techniques to maximize ROI
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive results
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Experience managing ads in International markets, specifically on Amazon
Experience executing a Paid Search strategy
