Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Search Media Analyst to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a major client in the Medical Services space. The ideal candidate will focus on implementing high-impact strategies to drive results, improve ROI, and refine campaign performance. This role involves hands-on account management, strategic analysis, and collaboration with account leads to align with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including branded and non-branded search efforts.
  • Execute and monitor assigned account strategies, such as restructuring ad groups, refining geo-targeting, and enhancing ad copy.
  • Perform search term mining using N-Gram Analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate inefficiencies.
  • Optimize campaigns by applying call extensions and localized ad copy to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to identify top-performing elements.
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies, such as tROAS and value-based bidding, for improved performance.
  • Collaborate with account leads to align campaigns with client goals and priorities.
  • Use dynamic UTMs for performance tracking and campaign refinement.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to compliance guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in North America to sync with client and team time zones.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on search advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with N-Gram Analysis, bid strategies, and ad variation testing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with dynamic UTM tracking.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of compliance considerations in the Medical Services industry is a plus.
  • Meta Ads experience is a plus.
