We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Paid Search Campaign Manager to join our growing remote team. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in both B2B lead generation and B2C paid search, ideally with experience in managing enterprise-level campaigns. You'll have the chance to work alongside a skilled team, leverage advanced processes, and collaborate with exciting clients across various industries.

As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you will lead and manage the media strategy for both B2B lead generation and B2C clients, executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and reporting on results. You will also play a key role in paid social strategy (LinkedIn and Meta ads) for high-value client initiatives and provide strategic guidance to a team of Paid Media professionals. This is a fully remote position available to candidates within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies for B2B lead generation and B2C campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize enterprise-level campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $500k.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-performance campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance on paid social media advertising (LinkedIn and Meta ads) for key clients.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients in both formal and informal settings.
  • Continuously stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in paid search and paid social.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media with a strong focus on paid search (Google Ads).
  • 2+ years of experience with Paid Social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta ads.
  • Proven experience in both B2B lead generation and B2C paid search campaigns.
  • Experience setting up and managing offline conversion tracking.
  • Expertise in value-based bidding, enterprise budgets, and account-based marketing for B2B campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+ (preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to engage audiences and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • High energy, proactive, and excited about new challenges.
  • Creative thinker with fresh ideas to contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, business intelligence tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.), and Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and v-lookups).
  • Experience with Data Studio or similar reporting tools for data visualization.
  • Google Ads certifications (and additional certifications) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a critical thinking mindset and a continuous learning attitude.
