Job Overview
The Sr Manager, Social Media will lead a team of campaigns managers and social analysts, build channel strategy and maintain critical relationships, oversee the execution of premier campaigns and drive all-up social media strategy to garner business results. This position will drive paid and earned media activities to drive business impact in a results-driven manner to increase adoption and scale across T-Mobile social networks. This person will work in a central "hub" for marketing and advertising and needs to be a very solid relationship builder, with the ability to handle expectations and deliver concise reports to executive leadership. This role will lead a team of people and must have strong experience in fostering employee development. This person must be able to share campaign strategy, concepts and results to C-level executives on a day-to-day basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a team of social campaign managers and content creators and foster a collaborative environment
- Develop and oversee brand channel strategy with strong KPIs to strengthen T-Mobile's community and foster engagement across owned social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, etc.)
- Partner with paid media team to develop paid social media support (sponsored stories, promoted tweets, etc.) to deliver effective reach for campaigns. Collaborate with internal business owners, agency teams, and external partners such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Samsung, Microsoft and more to develop best in class programs
- Develop and direct social media campaigns building awareness for T-Mobile products and services through owned & paid channels. Socialize campaign strategy, concepts and results to Executive level team members
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Communications, Marketing, Business, PR or related field
Work Experience:
- 7-10 years Developing & leading complex integrated marketing programs in an agency or corporate environment.
- 4-7 years Leading direct reports in a fast paced, high volume Advertising, Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function for a large corporation or agency.
- Wireless or Mobile experience or heavy knowledge of the space is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $105,600 - $190,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
