The mission was born out of founder Dani Austin's own personal hair journey as she struggled to find brands and products that specifically addressed the root of hair loss and hair thinning. With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine”. JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Digital Ad Producer to lead the creation of engaging video and static content for digital ad platforms, with a primary focus on Meta and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concepting, producing, and optimizing digital ad content while collaborating closely with the SVP of Digital and Director of Paid Acquisition. This role requires a balance of creative and technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-performing ad campaigns.


CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE + ABILITIES:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital ad creative production, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Proven expertise in video and graphic editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva).

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong background in ad creative production, particularly for Meta ads.
  • Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to maintain workflow and tracking documents.
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and optimize ad performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience conducting marketing research and developing creative standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ad Creative Production
    • Produce both long-form and short-form video content, as well as static ads, for multiple platforms, with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
    • Ensure all content meets platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Concept Development
    • Work closely with the SVP of Digital and Director of Paid Acquisition to brainstorm, concept, and execute video content for brand ads.
    • Translate marketing goals into compelling ad concepts and deliverables.
  • Project Management
    • Manage internal workflows and keep department tracking documents up to date.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Identify trends and insights to inform future creative strategies and improve campaign performance.
    • Optimize ad spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
  • Creative Standards & Process Improvement
    • Uphold and refine creative standards to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
    • Continuously explore ways to improve processes and deliver innovative ad content.
