Pact is hiring a Paid Media Manager to join our fast-paced, sustainable, DTC apparel business. This role will join our paid marketing team and is responsible for executing paid media strategies on Meta as well as secondary channels like YouTube, TikTok, OTT and affiliate. You will take ownership of the day-to -day management of Meta advertising campaigns, organizing, launching and executing campaigns to achieve business goals. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, willing to leverage data insights to enhance campaign performance and support overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Account & Campaign Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Meta Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously across different audiences, objectives, and ad creatives.
- Regularly audit account structure and performance to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, creative, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality ad creatives.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices
- Stay updated on Meta’s platform updates, new features, ad trends, and best practices to ensure the business remains at the cutting edge of paid media strategies.
- Experiment with new formats, placements, and tools to continually innovate and improve campaign performance.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in managing media budgets to revenue goals and efficiency metrics.
- Expert in Meta’s Ads Manager Platform
- Experience in e-commerce apparel is preferred
- Growth hacking mindset when it comes to managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong test and learn mentality
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Communicates efficiently & effectively, working collaboratively in an open environment with marketing and design teams and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive thinking, initiative, and composure in a fast paced environment.

Salary
Compensation: $$65,000-$85,000 depending on experience. Meaningful performance-based bonus and equity.
