What will your day look like? You will be responsible for elevating the company's reach and results across search, programmatic, social, affiliate and other digital advertising. The specialist will build, execute, manage and optimize all paid search, paid social media, affiliate, remarketing and other paid display and video ads. The incumbent will specialize in the digital advertising space but have deep experience with search marketing, and should be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, team environment. General direction is received from the Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities - Define and execute media solutions to drive awareness, growth, website traffic, unique visitors, and new members to Alliant properties - Plan, build, execute, manage and optimize all paid media marketing campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing) and ROI - Drive strategy & execution, reporting & optimization for our top of funnel and mid funnel paid channels - Expand B2C paid search program at Alliant for brand, deposit products, lending products and mobile app
Qualifications Required You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of training & experience, required, and you have 3+ years experience with paid media marketing, with a strong focus on search marketing Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Apps, and Google Ads Measurement Certifications highly desired Successful track record of planning, building, managing and optimizing paid search marketing campaigns Deep knowledge of the paid search and paid social space Deep understanding of keyword strategy, both paid and organic Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tableau, SEO platforms, website content management systems, Tableau, and various ad buying platforms Proven track record of solving problems with a team Experience forecasting and managing advertising budgets
