Our CEO started as a 'web guy'—never intending to run a traditional marketing agency—and that non-traditional mindset shapes everything we do. We specialize in serving home services clients, with deep expertise in helping HVAC and emergency plumbing businesses succeed. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, based on skills and experience
- Compensation Review: Evaluated annually

What You'll Be Doing
- Craft and lead paid media strategy for four to six clients through an integrated approach across search, social, and more.
- Manage client budgets of $10K to $30K per month, focusing on maximizing ROI and ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives, and use data to help grow their bottom line.
