Paid Media Specialist Remote | Full-Time
Compensation: $50,000 to $58,000 per year

Who We Are Looking For

We're on the hunt for a passionate Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing Solutions Team. In this role, you'll manage multiple paid media accounts, including paid search, display advertising, paid social, YouTube, Google My Business, and Amazon. You'll initially lead the charge on strategy development, managing budgets and bids, optimizing account configurations, and handling client reporting. As we grow, you'll also help build the paid media team and put new processes in place. Plus, you'll be an integral part of supporting sales by jumping on calls and providing audits and opportunity analysis for new prospects.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, manage, and execute campaigns, from account setup to strategy development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage paid strategies for various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with teams across organic social, email, PR, SEO, and more to create seamless, omnichannel experiences for clients.
  • Stay updated on trends in clients' industries to continually offer fresh ideas and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet objectives, including daily management of budgets, on-site conversions, bid management, keywords, ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Support sales efforts by conducting opportunity analysis for prospective clients and driving business growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance using reporting, analytics, and trend tools to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Take ownership of projects and communicate with clients to share insights, recommendations, and strategies.
  • Forecast and plan to help achieve account growth targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement across key metrics like conversion rates, traffic, ROAS, and revenue.
  • Stay informed about Facebook Pixel and Google Tagging implementation to explain these processes clearly to clients.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors related to paid media marketing.
  • Develop case studies to showcase successful campaigns and contribute to the growth of the paid media team.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Google AdWords Certification and strong knowledge of Adwords Display, Search, Bing, Yahoo, Social, Retargeting, Amazon, etc.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the paid media industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven track record in previous roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and manage client communications without needing oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate paid media performance and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively and ensure timely project execution.
