- ORGANIZED Social Media Communications Manager (SMCM) plans, gathers, and community builds
- SMCM understand and currently manage TikTok, Instagram/FB and YouTube accounts
- Understands social media is really an extension of customer service as much as it is "brand building"
- Excellent and experienced copywriter who knows that “engaging copy” means more than adding an emoji
- Gets how important creativity is combined with flawless execution
- SMCM is super detail oriented and has an empty dm folder with personalized responses and isn’t sitting on content to “save it” for a better day – no time like the present!
- SMCM can comment and engage on brand channels as well as off brand channel
- Comfortable wearing several hats, helping to email as well as social to brand build with influencers, ambassadors, traditional press outreach, or non-traditional carrier pigeon message as deemed necessary
- Multi-platform experienced, understanding best practices and optimized content for each
- Brand needs a super tech/trend savvy expert who can roll up their sleeves to support product launches or even tedious slow boring days with fun content worth a comment, save, dm or like
- Trustworthy, passionate professional with ability to problem-solve, goal-set, and analyze
- Experience with influencer/ambassador outreach
- Ideate strategy, work with creative team (internal and external) to get assets, post and archive as needed
- Can/has manage(d) other community managers
- Build monthly goals and establish reporting
- Proven track record of building and juggling multiple social accounts
- Demonstrate superior mix of creativity and follow through
- Always sees solutions or options
