Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
After understanding each client and their industry, you’ll create a strategy to achieve their performance goals, focusing on driving not just leads but sales and opportunities.
Campaign Execution:
You’ll lead paid media strategies across single or multiple channels, build media plans, and manage campaign execution with the help of a Digital Analyst team.
Reporting:
You’ll provide clients with regular reports and project updates in recurring meetings and participate in VIP client communications.
Quality and Deadlines:
You’ll set realistic expectations with clients and team members, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality work is delivered. You take ownership of outcomes and work collaboratively to achieve them.
Continuous Improvement:
You’re committed to excellence in your work and strive to improve continually. You stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, privacy changes, and new products. You see value in training, mentoring, and improving processes.
Collaboration:
We value teamwork and clear communication. We use Slack and Google Meets for internal communication and task management tools like Monday.com.
Requirements:
Results-Oriented and focused on execution:
When results fall short, you’ll identify new strategies–using data to drive your decision–and execute. You can pinpoint where to make impactful changes, focusing on what truly moves the needle.
Strong Communication Skills:
You speak Paid Media, but can help non-experts understand what’s important.
Experience:
You have paid media experience, especially with Google Ads. Typically, you’ll have 5+ years of experience in strategy creation, reporting, attribution, and campaign execution.
Analytical Skills:
You’re proficient in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Broad Platform Knowledge:
Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Programmatic) is a plus.
Business Intelligence Tools:
Familiarity with Looker Studio and Supermetrics.
Marketing agency experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or progressively responsible work experience.
