What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Gartner, X, and YouTube
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals, utilizing outsourced designers as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a SaaS or subscription-based company
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms
- Experience overseeing large paid digital advertising budgets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and other digital advertising metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
- Hubspot certification
