What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Gartner, X, and YouTube
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals, utilizing outsourced designers as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a SaaS or subscription-based company
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms
  • Experience overseeing large paid digital advertising budgets
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and other digital advertising metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
  • Hubspot certification
