Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including budget management, bid optimization, ad copy testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Work with the team to create compelling ads that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
  • Experiment with new platforms and ad formats to expand our reach and improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok and other advertising platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of advertising attribution, brand building, and LTV
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels, including SEO, social, email, PR, etc.
