Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced advertising specialist with a proven track record in scaling consumer goods brands through paid media on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ad campaigns for both dropshipping and traditional eCommerce brands, with a specific focus on apparel (t-shirts) and supplement sales.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven Advertising Expertise: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok for consumer goods.
- Budget Management: Comfortable managing and optimizing daily ad budgets exceeding $10,000 while maintaining performance and profitability.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Previous experience working with dropshipping models or established eCommerce brands, especially in the fashion (t-shirts) and supplement sectors.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on precision in campaign management, tracking, and reporting.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A track record of improving ROI, scaling ad budgets, and delivering measurable results in competitive markets.
- Strategic and Analytical Approach: Ability to develop, execute, and fine-tune ad strategies that drive conversions, leveraging both data and creative insight.
- Familiarity with Trends: In-depth knowledge of the latest advertising trends and platform updates to maximize reach and performance in a dynamic market.
