We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist for The Well’s media team. This role is responsible for launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. This role will be primarily focused on paid ads within the Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing channels. Candidates should be familiar with implementing various targeting methods, including audience segments, retargeting, and the use of ABM lists. This role includes hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage paid digital advertising (including YouTube, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft AdCenter, and Meta Business Manager)
- Campaign setup and continued optimization of various digital advertising tactics for multiple clients
- Ensure implementation and production of digital strategy is fully set up and managed throughout the campaign flight
- Track and manage budget spending for each campaign
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes (unique for each client)
- Taking ownership of complete ad platform setup and conversion pixel creation, placement, and testing on behalf of clients
- Providing regular status updates and performance reports to the internal team, regarding campaign deliverables.
- Daily optimization and management of campaigns within individual Platforms
Qualities:
- Experience in ad operations or paid-media roles focused on digital media in-channel executions and strategic development of client campaigns
- Agency experience
- 1-year prior experience executing omni-channel digital media campaigns from full launch to optimizations
- Google certified on all platforms, blueprint certification is a bonus
- Proficient in all paid social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube, Pinterest)
- Bonus qualifications: Programmatic knowledge, GA4, and GTM
- Must be passionate about media and the technologies used to support online advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
- Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your own to-do list
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Current Role:
- Freelance role to start with the intended opportunity for a full-time position
- Weekly hours between 9am to 5pm Central Time
- Expectation is that you are available during these business hours for internal meetings and tasks, based on agreed-upon schedule; must be U.S. based
