"We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meta Ads Manager Specialist to help us advise on, set up and manage three distinct product campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This freelance role requires an individual who has the right mix of strategic, technical and creative skills to advise on and create best-in-class meta campaigns to drive site traffic and conversion.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing 3 test campaigns tailored to 3 distinct product/target audience combinations. Each campaign will focus on a unique product, with audience segmentation and geographic targeting designed to optimize relevance and conversion rates. You will need to advise on ad copy and visual asset best practices and utilize Meta’s audience tools to create the campaigns. Your goal will be to drive measurable results, from increasing brand awareness to boosting sales, while maintaining an eye on budget and performance metrics.

If you have a proven track record in designing successful Meta ad campaigns and can demonstrate your ability to strategically target and engage audiences across different regions, we would love to hear from you. Specific experience/skills needed:

  1. Audience Targeting: Identifying the right audience segments and balancing broad versus narrow targeting to optimize reach and relevance.
  2. Creative Optimization: Crafting engaging ad copy and visuals while managing ad fatigue and selecting the right ad formats.
  3. Budget Management: Allocating budget effectively across campaigns and fine-tuning bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
  4. Tracking and Measurement: Implementing and troubleshooting Pixel and conversion tracking, and managing complex attribution modeling.
  5. Policy Compliance: Navigating Meta’s strict and evolving ad policies while maintaining campaign creativity and effectiveness.
  6. Adapting to Algorithm Changes: Staying ahead of frequent algorithm updates and adapting strategies to maintain ad performance.
  7. Managing Competition: Overcoming high competition and market saturation to achieve visibility and differentiation in crowded markets.
