You will be responsible for improving overall campaign performance and ensuring optimal campaign structure, bidding, targeting, creative, and A/B testing. Data will drive your decisions in this collaborative, and analytical role owning a large portfolio of ad campaigns. This is an entrepreneurial, activity-based environment with the opportunity to drive results.Primary Responsibilities:• Ownership of multiple digital marketing campaigns, inclusive of development, optimization, reporting, and thorough QA.• Work closely with the media agency to launch new campaigns, inclusive of building ad copy, target keywords, product lists, and custom audience selection.• Make changes directly to all Platform Ad accounts when necessary, and project-manage the agency on overall performance and goals.• Data collection, aggregation, and synthesis for performance reporting, analysis, and anomaly detection. Proactive recognition of campaign improvement opportunities.• Creative & Promotion Management. Working from the promotional calendar, collaborate with internal departmetns on all creative requests and approvals. Ensure that all new creative is launched on-time.• Shopping product feed oversight. Validate Product Feed updates, quality, distribution, compliance, hosting, etc. to ensure maximized performance & alignment to industry best practices.Education, Experience and Skills:Minimum education required/preferred, area of study: Bachelor’s degree in related field requiredMinimum years of relevant experience required: 3-5 minimum years of work experience in online advertising & ecommerce for a national brand, agency or retailer, with a focus on Google Ads & Meta.• This is a very hands-on role. Must have deep knowledge and direct experience building, running and maintaining of all facets of Google Paid Media, Meta and Bing campaigns.
