BASE SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD // $65,000 - $90,000 USD
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for driving profitable growth through paid media strategies.
Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget and achieve desired outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovation
- Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment
