Description
We are seeking an accomplished and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist. This role is integral to the development, execution, tracking, and optimization of our client's paid media strategies across various channels, including paid search (PPC), pay-per-click campaigns, and paid social media. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-centric individual with a keen understanding of performance marketing metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and deploying paid media strategies that enhance performance and boost ROI across a variety of channels.
- Implement, manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads and other search platforms.
- Oversee the creation of ads on various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the client's brand and campaign goals.
- Perform ongoing analysis and optimization of campaigns, including budget management, bid adjustments, keyword and audience tunings.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses, generate performance reports, provide insights, suggestions, and improvement strategies.
- A/B test creatives and copy to derive superior performing elements.
- Maintain awareness of latest paid media practices, bid management systems, keyword development resources and industry research.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in paid media advertising, with emphasis on paid search, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other social advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the competency to analyze and decipher data from various sources.
- Proficiency with performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads certification and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion rate optimization.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Google Tag Manager.
