We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist. To become a successful COMMANDO, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ goals and challenges and translating these needs into engaging ads. You will do so by building a strong understanding of the uniqueness of our existing clients and leveraging a variety of advertising platforms for awareness and engagement.

The successful candidate will:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and lead client calls from sales to onboarding, and during monthly or quarterly reporting
  • Build and manage new accounts on Google, Facebook, Hulu, Spotify, and Spectrum Ads
  • Oversee daily ad execution and performance, ensuring creative content and ad spend align with agreed budgets
  • Use critical thinking and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for audience and channel expansion
  • Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, develop hypotheses, execute tests, and analyze data to optimize paid search and other paid channels
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience building and managing ad campaigns that receive high engagement
  • Minimum of 2 years of agency (or similar) experience managing paid media for 20+ clients
  • Comfortable with routine client-facing communications via video meetings
  • Minimum of 2 years experience successfully managing client ad spending (preventing both under-spending and over-spending)
  • Proficient skill in creating and managing ads on the following platforms:
    • Google Ads (experience with Google Partners Program is a plus)
    • Facebook Ads & Meta Business Suite
    • Spotify Ads
    • Spectrum Reach Ads (experience is a plus, but not required)
    • Basic understanding of GA4 (experience is a plus)
    • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (experience is a plus)
