ROLE SUMMARY:
Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Paid Media Specialist for Search who will support the global Paid Media team in accelerating acquisition and member growth. This Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting for US and international paid search performance campaigns, including (but not limited to) Google and Bing. This role will ensure that campaigns are set up properly, optimize bids and budgets, and provide thoughtful targeting and creative strategies. The Specialist will also work cross-functionally to keep teams informed of the overall paid search strategy, reporting, troubleshoot tracking and pixels where necessary, and help to vet new third party partners. This position will support affiliate marketing responsibilities, working with partners like RevU, Tapjoy, and Rokt. This position reports to the Paid Media Manager, Search.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and monitor paid media campaigns from start to finish. Conduct keyword research, set bids, create ad copy, and perform A/B tests to optimize copy, creatives, and targeting parameters for maximum effectiveness
- Monitor daily reporting across all digital channels and analyze data anomalies
- Assist with new vendor partnership opportunities and always be testing. Facilitate partner onboarding processes (NDA, DSA, IO review, etc)
- Work with Paid Media Manager to drive performance from acquisition channels, including affiliate partners, other paid digital platforms, etc
- Help create briefs for Creative Team for new assets to use in ads, and own feedback loops with Project Managers/Designers as well as Legal Team
- Collaborate with Data/Engineering Team to troubleshoot platform pixels
- Help reconcile monthly spend with Finance/Accounts Payable & Vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in related field, e-commerce and agency experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, Affiliates, Native, etc.) and the media buying ecosystem
- Proficient with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Affiliate Networks, Northbeam, etc.
- Experience with SEO/organic search is a plus.
- Proven success with direct response and e-commerce brands or companies, experience with subscription preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines and manage time and priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles to suit our brand's voice and tone
- Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is hybrid, often working in our HQ office located in Marina Del Rey.
SALARY:
$70,000-$90,000 + Bonus
