3 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description La Prairie is seeking a Manager, Paid Media in our New York, NY office. The Manager Paid Media is responsible for designing yearly activation and communication plans that build awareness and conversion. This person will drive marketing levers to attract traffic, enhance shopping experience, increase conversion and retention and will be responsible to ensure that North America remains the global leader in digital, advocating new ideas and sharing best practices with Global Digital. The NA Media Manager will manage multiple agencies while working closely with Marketing, Sales, PR, CRM, Finance and IT. Main Accountabilities: Media - Marketing Lead and manage our media programs across SEM, display, print, out of home, native, mobile, paid social and email with an eye to sales goals, new customer acquisition and building our email marketing list Manage various agencies and oversee all digital advertising budgets and strategies: SEM/keywords, create and test ad copy, bid management of PPC campaigns as well as analyze PPC campaign data and optimize accordingly utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return. Develop integrated local programs to complement Global activation plans. Partner with Global on SEO ongoing optimizations Analyze weekly digital campaign reports and suggest optimization while maximizing for ROI through performance analysis, customer data analysis, partnerships review Recommend testing strategies, with clear objectives and measures of success to continually optimize performance from delivery to purchase to other engagement. Develop and oversee regional social media strategy and activities (liaison with Global teams, PR, agencies) Management/Expertise Provide insights, key learning, trends, competitor activity and recommendations for future initiatives Review new technologies and keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and traditional media Collaborate on social/influencer content in partnership with PR Partner with LATAM team to ensure best practices and to share incremental content for maximum brand exposure Qualifications/Skills Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury, including management of internal staff and external vendors Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM optimization, paid social campaigns and Salesforce / SAP Self-reliant, self-motivated, solutions-oriented professional, with proven ability to deliver creative marketing solutions on time and on budget Strong multi-tasking, detail-driven, organizational, collaboration & communication skills Knowledge of and passion for the cosmetics and/or luxury business. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
