"Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an enthusiastic, self-directed, data-driven Paid Media Manager, who will create and execute innovative, performance campaigns that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. This role will own end-to-end launches and lead social programs that truly impact and grow our customer database while aligning with the broader Americas Field Marketing campaign and events strategy. The Paid Media Manager will work across internal teams including brand, creative, content, Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Events teams, as well as partner with external creative and media agencies to inform and implement holistic strategies and creative for paid media campaigns. They will own all social & content syndication decisions, driving campaign strategy and execution, as well as day-to-day editorial decisions. This role will work with key social media and digital platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Reddit as well as seek out emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand. Position may be located in Austin, TX; Seattle, WA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Arlington, VA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Boston, MA Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead paid media campaign execution across Americas to drive new customer acquisition and database growth through digital channels Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals Inspire, collaborate and propel internal and external partners (Creative, Digital Agency, Legal, Field, Partner Marketing) Foster storytelling to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience that successfully reflects the spirit of our mission Define KPIs and effectively optimize channel execution, while identifying tactics with high retention and viral follow-on Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis Develop, deploy, analyze and disseminate comprehensive reporting Stay current with Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter, display, mobile, content syndication, and overall digital marketing best practices Continuously improve standard operating procedures, and communicate best practices to internal stakeholders across the organization. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications."
