Paid Media Manager | Paid Media

Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. As Paid Media Manager, you will help our clients reach their business goals by:

Overseeing the Paid Media Department by managing workloads and by ensuring efficient and effective account oversight, implementation of data-informed ads tactics, monthly ad spend across various platforms, and overall quality of work
Empowering the Paid Media Department to expand on its skills, knowledge, and use of technology to facilitate improved account management and performance
Developing paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google search, display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads, as well as social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta
Building out ad accounts and campaigns on Google and other platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn
Proactively managing ads accounts including optimizing budgets and performance
Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Looker (Google Data) Studio, and more
Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Participating in client meetings and providing proactive recommendations for account improvements
Exploring new paid media platforms and recommending appropriate opportunities for our clients

Requirements

3-5+ years of successful ads management experience on relevant platforms with a proven track record for driving results for both lead generation and ecommerce accounts
At least 1 year of experience managing and supporting other team members
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time, especially in an agency setting
Availability to be in our office in Minnetonka, MN, at least 2-3 days per week

Salary: $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience
