The Media & Digital Campaign Manager will play a key role by executing targeted traditional media, search and display campaigns to achieve both brand and acquisition goals. This role will collaborate with line of business marketing partners, agency partners, Optimizations and analytics to ensure that campaigns are flawlessly executed and measured. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both the planning and execution of traditional media (TV, Radio, Print, Out-of-Home) and digital (paid search, display, social) advertising campaigns. The position also requires an understanding of the offline and online media landscape (both paid and organic), media buying and budget management. Additional experience in digital campaign measurement is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:
Lead advertising campaign activities to execute and report key perform Build excellent relationships with the media and creative agencies up to senior executives. Analysis and optimization and partner to monitor the overall performance Work closely with internal and agency PM teams and our project management tool to steward campaigns through the planning and implementation, to ensure campaigns and launched and executed on time and on budget. Identify and drive enhancements to digital marketing campaigns that maximize conversion rates and growth of the digital channel including managing an aggressive testing roadmap. Work with multiple lines of business partners to integrate paid media into program strategy and overarching/multi-media campaigns. Develop and implement digital campaign tactics to engage customers and increase conversions to meet LOB goals. Work with external and internal creative resources to develop creative assets needed for campaigns and supporting landing page experiences. Manage paid media budgets and purchase orders, and review/distribute invoices to line of business partners to ensure timely payment to agencies and vendors. Keep abreast of competitive environment and developments/trends in the media landscape to evangelize search and display subject matter expertise across bank. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
BS/BA or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related-field (MBA a plus). 5
years' experience successfully managing digital marketing campaigns for a business or agency. Hands-on, progressive experience managing campaign strategy, ad copy development, and campaign execution. Display and Paid Search advertising background a plus. Familiar with project management software, digital analytics tools and ad servers (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics / Omniture, AdWords, etc.) Media metrics including tracking of digital media performance (i.e. tagging, CIDs, etc.) and ad/creative specifications. Ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment across multiple internal clients. Ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all level of personnel both inside and outside the company. Possess a unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on. Excellent leadership skills and ability to directly communicate and participate in cross-functional teams. Financial services industry experiences a plus, but not required.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
