The Role

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing paid media channels and branding to enhance campaign performance and ROI. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Paid Media, you will work collaboratively to position our platform as the leading career resource for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of programmatic job advertising, performance marketing, and funnel conversions across various paid channels.
  • Oversee PPC and PPA strategies tailored to the healthcare industry on major digital advertising platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities and drive targeted traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate paid social marketing, including strategy implementation and budget management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid marketing efforts with broader growth objectives.
  • Correspond with finance to reconcile expenditures and oversee invoicing processes.
  • Evaluate marketing channels and tactics through data analysis to drive results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably in PPC.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
