The Role:

The Paid Media Manager will drive, optimize, and measure acquisition efforts across search, display, and native channels. As a core member of our Growth and Marketing team, you will execute campaigns across a variety of digital channels to drive new potential customers to our products. The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and data-driven marketer who understands the underlying technology of bidding platforms and the ability to hit campaign goals across a diverse set of channels. You will have experience managing an array of paid channels and deeply passionate about innovating, testing, and scaling new emerging channels to drive measurable results. This candidate must be flexible enough to work in a fast-paced, highly iterative, and market-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute media plans, audience targeting, creative messaging, bid strategies, and analytics
  • Manage internal collaborators and external agencies to run and optimize campaign performance
  • Continue to grow and optimize performance across channels, understanding the nuances of each channels' purpose and relative goals across the funnel
  • Understand the ins & outs of our campaigns; applying measurement tools and attribution model to build a clear view of our best performing campaigns and marketing's overall impact on customer growth
  • Implement audience and messaging segmentation that ensures the right audience sees the right messaging and creative
  • Share learnings and feedback with cross-functional teams on improvements to deliver repeatable and predictable results
  • Partner with and nurture deep relationships with marketing, product, sales, and design teams, to support business priorities & goals and advocate for the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Proactive and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Depth of experience initiating cross-functional programs to completion, executing tactical execution with minimal guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management skills, with proven ability to multitask, accomplish numerous tasks, and changing priorities in an effective and timely manner
  • Proven ability to think analytically to solve complex problems
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office setting while working

Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications."
