"The Beachwaver Co. is a rapidly expanding independent global beauty brand. Dedicated to innovation, we hold multiple patents, trademarks and proprietary formulas. We have expanded from a launch at QVC in 2012 to retail distribution, with a pivot to focus on D2C. Now, we are seeking to continue the high growth trajectory with the addition of a Paid Media Marketing Manager who has the same vision, work ethic and passion as our founders. We are looking for a versatile Paid Media Marketing Manager to help us efficiently scale existing paid acquisition channels, launch new channels to diversify our marketing mix, and drive strategy. The ideal candidate has a deep background in paid social and search ads. Familiarity with one or more of the following acquisition channels is preferred: Meta, Tiktok , Google ads, Native ads (Outbrain, Taboola).The Paid Media Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Performance Marketing.

This is an IN PERSON position in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee key digital channels including Facebook, TikTok, and Google ads.
  • Optimize performance based on historical data and recommendations from Director and Executive Team. Update creative, audiences, tech stack on ad performance
  • Submit creative requests to video editor and write script for UGC briefs, manage creative requests to insure timely completion
  • Manage execution, ideation, briefing, optimization, reporting and testing into new channels.
  • Develop hypotheses and run varying tests on campaigns to improve incremental performance
  • Grow new customers and revenue, on an ROI+ basis, hitting growth and CAC targets
  • Test and think outside the box with existing and new channels -- we invite innovative thinking!
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of KPIs and digital marketing initiatives. Report findings to the team with plans on where we go next.
  • Reporting analytics and analysis to Director for review with Executive Team

Requirements

  • BA or BS from accredited school
  • 5+ years running Meta or TikTok ads
  • Experience submitting creative requests
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Metrics-focused; able to analyze data and report on key KPIs such as: CPS, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Repeat Rate etc.
  • Experience efficiently managing large performance-focused paid media budget.
  • Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective multi-tasker; you’re comfortable wearing many hats
  • Strong analytical approach to customer and revenue growth
  • You’re naturally analytical; you can synthesize complex information into concise, compelling recommendations
  • You’ve worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you can be reactive and organized at the same time
  • You love to think big picture and strategize, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute any project at hand
