Position Summary

Are you passionate about driving growth and helping businesses succeed? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Leader to join our team. As a Growth Leader, you'll be responsible for guiding clients in acquiring new customers through strategic optimization of acquisition strategies across various marketing channels. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and refining the conversion funnel for our clients, utilizing an analytical and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through innovative and efficient marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic advice on customer acquisition.
  • Oversee all online media channels, including SEM and paid social, to maximize digital acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement solutions that enhance conversion rates.
  • Partner with the marketing team to optimize organic efforts across channels and drive overall growth.
  • Manage budget allocation for customer acquisition, conducting forecasting and ROI assessments.
  • Foster partnerships with external vendors and agencies to develop strategic media plans and analytics.
  • Represent the company in new business pitches and account management interactions.
  • Strategically plan campaigns aligned with client goals and industry trends.
  • Maintain strong client and partner relationships, providing regular updates on projects, campaign results, and business opportunities.
  • Champion best practices in digital user acquisition within the team and across departments.
  • Develop and implement measurement and reporting plans, offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Prerequisites

  • 5-8+ years of experience in user acquisition and paid digital media.
  • Proven track record in vendor and outside agency management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience leading direct reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital acquisition channels and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in SEM management and optimization.
  • Previous Experience Building And Scaling Performance Marketing Functions.
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and ROI assessment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced agency/start-up environment.
