Job Title: Paid Social Specialist
Location: HYBRID- Twin Cities MN
Salary: $60k - $80k DOE + Benefits and Bonus
Requirements: Social Channel Ad Managers-TikTok, Meta, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to digital objectives with a paid social lens, incorporate business goals and analytics, tech solutions, test plans, creative optimization, measurement, integration
- Develop tactical paid social plans, targeting/segmentation, personalization: optimal creative/messaging, platform priorities, testing plans, flighting, measurement plan, required budget
- Work with internal team and clients to manage strategies and activation across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Nextdoor, AdWords), maximize performance, innovation, effectiveness
- Conduct measurable, connected A/B tests on ad copy/creative, ensure campaigns hit target audience, are optimized for cost and performance
- Day-to-day budget management, campaign pacing, partner management, design campaign presentations showcasing results, insights, opportunities
What You Need For This Position
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, execution based paid social and display experience
- Experience with campaign testing, analysis and creative for ongoing digital campaigns
- Experience with TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platforms like Pinterest, X, Snapchat, etc.
- Experience working directly in social channel ad managers on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Familiarity with Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, tracking code
- Analyzing campaign data and optimizing in real-time, managing campaigns to drive leads or direct sales is preferred
- Previous agency, consulting and client side experience is a plus
