As Paid Media Manager, you will help our clients reach their business goals by:
• Overseeing the Paid Media Department by managing workloads and by ensuring efficient and effective account oversight, implementation of data-informed ads tactics, monthly ad spend across various platforms, and overall quality of work
• Empowering the Paid Media Department to expand on its skills, knowledge, and use of technology to facilitate improved account management and performance
• Developing paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google search, display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads, as well as social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta
• Building out ad accounts and campaigns on Google and other platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn
• Proactively managing ads accounts including optimizing budgets and performance
• Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Looker (Google Data) Studio, and more
• Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Participating in client meetings and providing proactive recommendations for account improvements
• Exploring new paid media platforms and recommending appropriate opportunities for our clients
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of successful ads management experience on relevant platforms with a proven track record for driving results for both lead generation and ecommerce accounts
• At least 1 year of experience managing and supporting other team members
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time, especially in an agency setting
• Availability to be in our office in Minnetonka, MN, at least 2-3 days per week
Salary : $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience
