Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams within Marketing and Admissions to develop digital paid media strategies for University Partnership programs

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to help develop a cohesive and comprehensive digital presence for partner programs

Oversee the planning, launch, management and results monitoring of multi-channel digital paid media campaigns

Ensure alignment across channels for each university partner

Oversee campaign tagging and tracking implementation

Demonstrate excellent understanding of the media mix and channel optimization to maximize performance and KPIs against budgets and goals

Manage outsize vendor relationships

Leverage analytics and Salesforce CRM data to analyze and optimize marketing activities. Report on campaign pacing, KPIs, trends and future recommendations regularly

Collaborate on data visualization dashboards for partner campaigns

Stay up to date on new advertising opportunities, industry trends and digital marketing best practices

Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence

Oversee paid specialists and provide guidance/training

Support with additional marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • 5-6 years of media planning and buying in the digital marketing space
  • Experience managing a team
  • Comfortable with both autonomous and collaborative work
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, juggle multiple work streams, and deliver on timelines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field
  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
