The Fellowship Program allows individuals to gain valuable insight into the marketing industry, learn how marketing businesses operate, hone their current skills, develop new skills, and potentially gain full-time employment after completing the program. Core Competencies The Raborn Media Fellowship Program aims to provide the experience necessary to develop a robust skill set that includes the following: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • Professional Communication • Critical Thinking • Cross Team Collaboration • Solution Oriented Problem Solving • Time Management Employment Opportunity After completing the Fellowship Program, Fellows may be asked to continue their tenure in a full-time role as a Graphic Designer with Raborn Media. However, full-time employment is not guaranteed and ultimately depends on the organization's needs and the Fellow's performance during the program. Full-time Graphic Designers can expect a starting salary between $35,000 and $40,000 annually.
