The Role

We are seeking a SEM Senior Associate with experience in managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search activity. This role will serve as internal search planning lead and expected to provide tactical recommendations to senior search teammates, digital team members, and client. This position supports a large fashion retail client.

  • Accountable for the day-to-day management of search campaigns including oversight of bid strategy recommendations, budgets/pacing, and ad copy recommendations for search, shopping and PMAX campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and ad copy optimizations to continuously improve CVR, CPA and maximize ROAS
  • Execute A/B experiments to test landing pages, ad copy, market lifts, etc., to further drive performance improvements
  • Manage quarterly and channel SEM budgets effectively and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on SEM industry trends, technical updates, and best practices to drive innovation (SGE, GenAI, etc.)
  • Using best practices and tools, create new paid search (SEM) campaigns to achieve client performance goals
  • Optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve performance goals

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in paid search media at an agency or in-house
  • Exhibit confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data
  • Be a proactive self-starter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Have strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Capability and desire to effectively manage junior staff members

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$40,000—$75,000 USD
